Ajith began his entrepreneurial journey in Bangalore in 1996, building Artizent around a simple but powerful idea that capable people can do exceptional work when they are given the right environment, meaningful challenges, and the freedom to take ownership. Nearly three decades later, that idea continues to shape how the organization grows, develops its leaders, and creates lasting value.
Raised in Kerala, Ajith moved to the United States in 1991 and earned postgraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Business from the University of Illinois. His early work across financial and healthcare technology shaped his understanding of complex technology environments and laid the foundation for the enterprise he would go on to build in India.
