Job Description
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals into well defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders through discovery sessions and workshops to uncover requirements and validate product decisions.
- Analyze P&C insurance workflows across the policy lifecycle and define how they should be supported in the new platform.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and release prioritization in collaboration with product leadership.
- Bridge business and technology by working closely with architects, engineers, and QA to ensure features are delivered accurately.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
- 10 to 15 years in business analysis and product management with strong P&C insurance exposure
- Functional understanding of policy structure, underwriting, rating, and the end to end policy lifecycle across Personal, Commercial, and Specialty lines
- Product development experience in insurtech, insurance software, or carrier digital and innovation teams
- Stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery leadership
