Job Description
- Craft and communicate the product roadmap for a mobile app scrum team, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement, and write clear, actionable user stories.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high impact features.
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user centric design and functionality.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- A development background is highly preferred, and an MBA is the expected qualification.
Skills and Experience Required
- Business analysis with prior mobile application project experience
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Team management
- Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban across the SDLC life cycle
- Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms
- Familiarity with ecommerce KPIs, conversion funnels, and customer experience metrics
