Job Description

Own end to end banking implementation and integration programs, from commercial engagement through go live and hyper care.
Lead the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work, project charters, and engagement letters, defining scope, assumptions, acceptance criteria, and change control.
Build detailed program plans covering discovery, design, build, integration, UAT, cutover, go live, and hyper care, and operate governance structures such as steering committees, RAID logs, and escalation paths.
Coordinate integration workstreams involving core banking systems, payment gateways, CRM platforms, risk engines, regulatory reporting systems, and data platforms.
Own the end to end testing strategy across SIT, UAT, performance, and regression cycles, and lead cutover planning, dress rehearsals, and go live execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client program leads, business sponsors, and CIO and CTO offices, delivering clear status reports and executive dashboards.
Bring working knowledge of core banking platforms (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, FIS, or equivalent), payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, UPI, IMPS, RTGS), and open banking frameworks (BIAN, ISO 20022).

SOW drafting, scoping, and commercial management
Project and program management across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum and SAFe), and hybrid models
Banking domain knowledge spanning retail, corporate, payments, lending, and regulatory reporting
Integration and technical fluency across APIs, middleware, data migration, and cloud deployments
Stakeholder and vendor management including steering committees and executive reporting
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
